We’re under renovation to bring back our local “GEM”.
We’re thrilled to share some exciting updates on the restoration of our beloved community theatre — a place that holds so many memories, stories, and shared experiences. Thanks to the support of our dedicated volunteers, generous donors, and passionate community members, we’re well on our way to returning this local treasure to its former glory.
We’re happy to report that work on the storefronts is now complete! The new look reflects both the historic charm and fresh energy we want to bring back to the theatre. Alongside the storefront upgrades, electrical work has been fully completed, bringing the storefronts up to modern standards.
Inside, the transformation continues. The vestibule ceiling has been beautifully finished, adding both character and elegance to the theatre’s entrance. To complement it, new ceiling lights have been installed, casting a warm and welcoming glow that invites guests into the space with a sense of excitement and nostalgia.
Another exciting update: the new showcases have been installed! These will soon be home to upcoming show posters, historical displays, and community announcements — giving everyone a glimpse of what’s to come while honoring the theatre’s rich past.
There’s still more work to be done, but each step brings us closer to opening our doors once again. We can’t wait to welcome you back into this revitalized space where memories will continue to be made.
